Frequently Asked Questions

Open the app and tap Create account on the welcome screen. Enter your name, email address, and a password. A verification email will be sent to confirm your address.
Premium stories require a subscription. Tap any premium story and you'll be guided to subscribe via the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions are managed through your app store account.
Open a story and tap the Record (🎙️) tab in the player. Tap the record button to start, and tap again to stop. You can listen back and re-record as many times as you like. Recordings are saved to your account so children can replay them anytime.
Currently, कtha requires an internet connection to load story content and audio. Offline support is planned for a future update.
Go to the Caregiver (👤) tab in the app → scroll to Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm with a parental gate. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Make sure your device is not on silent mode and that the app has audio permissions. On iOS, check that the mute switch is off. Try closing and reopening the story. If the problem persists, contact us with your device model and iOS/Android version.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
