Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the कtha mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by कtha ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Service is intended for use by caregivers (parents, teachers, or guardians) aged 13 or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission, or provide false information during registration.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
All story content, audio narrations, images, and app design are owned by or licensed to कtha. You may not copy, modify, or distribute this content without our express written consent.
Caregiver recordings you create in the app remain your property. By storing them in the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and deliver them back to you through the app.
Some stories require a premium subscription. Subscription fees are charged through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Refunds are governed by the applicable app store policy. We do not issue refunds directly.
Premium access is tied to your account. Sharing account credentials to give others premium access is not permitted.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, कtha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
